August Training Schedule8/13/2015 How is it August already? As summer winds down and the kids get ready to head back to school, it's also time for regular CERT training to kick back in gear! Last Monday, Erie County members attended a great training on Haz-Mat Awareness presented by volunteer David Troike. Next week, training is scheduled in Ottawa and Huron counties. Disaster Volunteer Coalition Conference8/10/2015 Coming Soon! The Disaster Volunteer Coalition (North Coast CERT is a primary member) is offering a FREE volunteer conference in October. Designed for local government officials, public safety agencies, community partners, and volunteers, the conference will provide attendees with great information on topics related to disaster volunteerism.
